Place and adjust signs

Place signs​

After you place a sign, you can move, resize, and rotate it.

To place a sign:

  • select the desired sign from the Signs palette,

  • move the sign onto the canvas with the mouse. You do not have to hold the mouse button while you drag the sign,

  • click to place the sign at the selected position.

Adjust signs​

Once a sign is placed on the canvas, there are a couple of ways you can adjust it.

Flip by 90-degree increments​

Right-click the selected sign, open Flip, then select Horizontally or Vertically.

Rotate freely​

The orange handles on the exterior of the sign let you adjust the sign orientation. Left-click and hold a handle to move the sign to any angle.

Resize signs​

The yellow handles on the outside of the sign let you adjust the sign size. Left-click and drag a handle to the required size. To resize the sign uniformly, hold Ctrl while resizing.
